Bad experience is when you already have a package with them yet they still upsell EACH AND EVERY TIME u go without fail! Client could not enjoy the facial experience in peace.

I rmb i was told the treatmwnt was $150 but while doing my facial, i was suddenly told my face very jialat need to add some detox and calming creqm which amounted to $500 and my face still looked like a baboon buttock after that😂
